Typically, groups are up to seven individuals seeking to come together with clarity on the Vision of their business, organization or cause. Often we speak to what it is that we want to create but come to find that we are not on the same page collectively. Group Visioning and Coaching
Typically, groups are up to seven individuals seeking to come together with clarity on the Vision of their business, organization or cause. Often we speak to what it is that we want to create but come to find that we are not on the same page collectively. This process takes the group through a journey of individual self discovery only to bring strength, clarity and agility to the organization as a whole. Goals are then set and implementation of actions are executed for a permanent shift in movement. This may take several sessions to create the defined Vision. Fee for this service is typically 1500.00. This entails the first session of three hours with the group. There are usually two more two hour sessions to follow with implementation and effect. This service would be a Visioning Process for an Organization such as a Church, Spiritual Center, Corporate entity or Non Profit to name a few. Discussion with the Board of Directors or the decision makers, is the first step to laying the foundation for the process better known as the Journey…
I do several small groups of 8-10 individuals in a Visioning Session, one to two a week. This may take several weeks depending on the number of people that are taking part in the process. For example a Spiritual Center of 120 people with 80 participating may take four weeks to complete the sessions. The data from the Visioning Sessions is gathered and made available to enable all to be heard and honored. From this point, the aspects of the Visioning are collectively observed and goals are set for implementation. The most important thing to grasp here is that the Vision has clarity where previously it was cloudy. Now the view is clear from within, so to is the process forward. We can discuss the fee schedule as we determine your needs and expectations.
